On Saturday, 30th November, Teun van de Keuken will visit the Watersnoodmuseum. He is a journalist, author, and programme maker, known for his long-running role on Keuringsdienst van Waarde and as the founder of Tony’s Chocolonely. At the Watersnoodmuseum, he will discuss his book De mens is een plofkip. What is currently going wrong in the food industry, and how can we still achieve a better, tastier, and healthier future?

Would you like to stay for dinner? After the interview, the chefs at Het Vijfde Caisson will prepare a three-course meal. If you book both the interview and the dinner, the total cost is €45.00 per person. Drinks during the dinner are not included and will be charged separately.
